We do not knowingly collect: name, email, phone, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data unless you explicitly provide them for support.
2) What We Collect & Why
- Game data (scores, progress, inventory): to save your progress and power core features.
- Device & diagnostics (crash logs, performance metrics): to fix bugs and improve stability.
- Identifiers (app ID, advertising ID, Game Center/Play Games IDs if you connect): to enable leaderboards, achievements, attribution, and analytics.
- Purchase information (product IDs, receipts): to process and restore in‑app purchases.
- Support communications (if you email us): to respond to your requests.
Legal bases where applicable (EU/UK): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (app security, analytics), and consent where required (e.g., ad tracking).
3) Children’s Privacy
WordFlow is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age where parental consent is required in their region (e.g., under 13 in the U.S.). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
6) Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then aggregate or delete it. Crash and analytics data are typically retained by providers for 12–26 months (provider defaults may vary).
7) Third‑Party Providers (examples)
Replace or remove entries to match what you actually use.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution, purchases, platform analytics.
- Firebase (Google LLC) — analytics, crash reporting, optional remote config.
- Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — leaderboards/achievements if you connect.
- RevenueCat (or your IAP server) — purchase management (if used).
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
8) International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on platform/provider compliance.
9) Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. You can also:
- Opt out of analytics/ads tracking where supported (in‑app settings or device settings such as “Allow Apps to Request to Track” / “Limit Ad Tracking”).
- Disable Game Center/Play Games by signing out on your device.
- Request deletion of support emails you sent us.

10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please use strong device security.
11) Do Not Track
We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Platform privacy controls and in‑app settings are respected where implemented.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new date above and, if changes are material, provide a notice in‑app or via the stores.
