FAQs

How do I restore purchases?

On iOS, open WordFlow → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by the platform store. For iOS, visit Apple’s Report a Problem. We can help explain what was purchased, but cannot approve or deny refunds.

How do I sync or restore my game progress?

If you use platform sign‑in (e.g., Game Center), progress may sync across devices automatically. Otherwise, progress is stored on your device. Keep backups enabled.

How do I report a bug?

Email wordflowca@gmail.com with steps to reproduce, your device, OS version, and app version. Crash screenshots help us a lot.
