Post-Reward Placement

- A dedicated service owns readiness, display, failure recovery, and the durable one-hour cooldown.
- Unavailable, failed, or dismissed ads cannot block navigation or grant the underlying reward again.
Placement Separation
- Android and iOS use dedicated post-reward interstitial unit identifiers.
- The opt-in energy placement retains its rewarded format and existing three-energy grant contract.
- Focused service, bridge, component, environment, and release-bundle assertions cover the new placement and preserve the existing rewarded path.
